+This is a cinnamon waffle recipe. This is an old recipe which the “dutch” brought over from Germany.
+
+- ⏲️ Prep time: 15 min
+- 🍳 Cook time: 10 hours
+
+## Ingredients
+
+- 1/2 lb butter
+- 1 cup sugar
+- 2 tsp cinnamon
+- 3 eggs
+- flour
+
+## Directions
+
+1. Cream the butter and sugar.
+2. Beat in the eggs 1 at a time and add cinnamon.
+3. Work in enough flour to make a soft dough.
+4. Form into small balls.
+5. Place several in a hot waffle iron, suitably spaced, press down top and bake.
