+- 2 eggs
+- 500 ml broth
+- Olive oil (optional)

+## Directions

+1. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
+2. Heat broth to boiling.
+3. Pour the eggs in the broth without removing from the stovetop.
+4. Stir with a whip until eggs coagulate.
+5. Serve broth and eggs together.
+6. If you want, you may season the dish with some olive oil.
+
+This dish is best accompanied with toasted bread.
