Removing sausage and adding some details (#483)

* Removing sausage and adding some details

As an italian i'm highly concerned about the use of sausage, you would do that as a last resort, same thing with linguine it's not the true thing.
However i added the options of Parmigiano and Smoked Pancetta ( i know it's controversial but at least not as much as sausage)
Also did some further changes to the preparation, adding time and adjusted ingredients and serving for 4 persons.
