Fixed broken image links in ragu-napoletano (#815)
* Added Apple Pie recipe * Added Chocolate Chip Cookies recipe * Added Ragu Napoletano, decreased image sizes * Added Limoncello recipe * Updated formatting on cookies, downscaled images, removed tag * Added Italian Mulled Wine Recipe, added limoncello image * Added Mapo Tofu Recipe * Added Ravioli Recipe, changed Mapo Tofu spelling * Updated 1 tag to be lowercase * Fixed incorrect image names in ragu-napoletano, numbering in mapo-tofu and added trailing whitespace lines to match style of other submisisons.
