1. As pan heats: Slice chillis and chorizo as desired
|

2. Olive oil in pan heat on high
|
||||||
|
3. Pork mince in.
|
||||||

4. Bacon add

5. Add 3/4 of tomatoe sauce
|
||||||
|
6. Add chillis and chorizo
|
||||||
|
7. Add spices and beans. Then wait until audible spitting of sauce has lasted for around 40 mins

8. Add remainder of sauce
|
||||||
|
9. Add wine
|
||||||
|
10. Lower flame, cover pan, then maintain a gentle simmer for 20 mins
|
||||||
