# Scrambled Eggs
|

||||
- ⏲️ Prep time: 2 min
|

|
||||

## Ingredients
|
||||
|
||||
- 4 eggs
|
||||
- 1 tbsp whole milk
|
||||
- Shredded cheese (optional)
|
||||
- Nonstick cooking oil spray or olive oil, or butter, or a combination
|
||||
|
||||
## Directions
|
||||
|
||||
1. Place your skillet on the stovetop and turn on the heat somewhere between medium low and medium
|
||||
2. Prepare your eggs by breaking them into a bowl and then adding a tablespoon of milk. Add 1/8 tsp of salt and a pinch of pepper.
|
||||
3. Whisk the egg mixture for 30-60 seconds
|
||||
4. Grease your hot skillet, coating the surface with a layer of oil or butter or a combination
|
||||
5. Pour your eggs into the skillet and keep the heat on medium or medium-low. Using a spatula pull the cooked outer edges in towards the center.
|
||||
6. Then sprinkle on cheese if you would like to.
|
||||
7. Move the spatula around the edge of the skillet pulling the cooked edges towards the center.
|
||||
8. The eggs will not flood and will collect up with a slightly runny texture. Quickly turn undercooked areas and keep the scramble moving.
|
||||
9. Turn of the heat when eggs are 90% cooked and serve on a plate.
