It is a medieval recipe, so it had to adapted because some ingredients are no longer available. Some versions include the juice of half a lemon, but the result is rather sour: if you like it, I recommend adding only a few drops thereof. - ⏲️ Prep time: 10 min - 🍳 Cook time: 5 min - 🍽️ Servings: 2 ## Ingredients - 2 eggs - 1 orange - 1 teaspoon sugar - 1 teaspoon olive oil ## Directions 1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with sugar, orange juice, and a pinch of salt. 2. Cook in a pan with frying oil. 3. Serve warm.
