# Granola - ⏲️ Prep time: 10 min - 🍳 Cook time: 30 min - 🍽️ Servings: 5 ## Ingredients - Whole Oats (3 cups) - Olive Oil (1/2 cup) - Maple Syrup (1/2 cup, can substitute honey) - Nuts: Almonds, Pumpkin Seeds, etc. (1 cup, optional) - Dried Fruit: Appricots, Unsweatened Cranberries, etc. (1 cup, optional) - Spices: Cinamon, Ground Cloves, Salt (to taste, optional) ## Directions 1. Preheat oven to 300° F 2. Combine and stir `Oil`, `Maple Syrup` and `Spices` in a large mixing bowl. 3. Add `Oats` to bowl. 4. Coarsely chop `Nuts` and add to bowl. 5. Mix until aggregate is uniform. 6. Cover a large baking sheet with parchment paper. 7. Spread the mixure onto the baking sheet, put in oven (once preheated). 8. Wait 8 minutes, take out of oven, stir, put back in oven. 9. Wait 8 minutes, take out of oven, stir, put back in oven. 10. Wait 8 minutes, take out of oven, **do not stir** (helps form clumps), let it to cool. 11. Coarsely chop `Dried Fruit` and add on top. 12. Store in sealed container. 13.
