This is a cinnamon waffle recipe. This is an old recipe which the “dutch” brought over from Germany.

• ⏲️ Prep time: 15 min
• 🍳 Cook time: 10 hours

Ingredients

• 1/2 lb butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 3 eggs
• flour

Directions

1. Cream the butter and sugar.
2. Beat in the eggs 1 at a time and add cinnamon.
3. Work in enough flour to make a soft dough.
4. Form into small balls.
5. Place several in a hot waffle iron, suitably spaced, press down top and bake.
