* Add additional teaching bubbles in Quickstart

* Run npm format

* Fix lint error

* Add unit tests

* Add Mongo teaching bubbles for Try CosmosDB and Launch full screen

* Add additional tests for UrlUtility

* Run npm format

* Add tests for Notebook Utils
