* adding Materializedviews under selfserve

* ran npm format & fixed few links

* modified required key & changed URLs

* modifying links to aka.ms

* modifying few descriptions

* Delete VSWorkspaceState.json

* Delete .suo

* modifying URLs & adding missing keys
