Added emoji support for composer

• Added:
- emoji support for composer
- new emoji sheet

• Updated:
- Textarea to accomodate
- Reducers and actions to retrieve caretPosition on text change when typing

• Removed:
- Unused input type on AutosuggestTextbox
- Old emoji sheet.png
