Fixed issue with ellipsis at the end of urls

• Fixed:
- issue with ellipsis at the end of urls after someone edits a post.
• Updated:
- Text content ellipsis to :after ellipsis content that does not show up when editing
- Min Url ellipsis from 30 -> 45
