Implement new Indigo Disk TMs

These include: Double Edge, Curse, Pain Split, Endeavor, Feather Dance, Metal Sound, Petal Blizzard, Hard Press, Alluring Voice, Temper Flare, Supercell Slam, Psychic Noise, and Upper Hand.
