[Fix] Fix randomness in Gastro Acid unit test (#2443)

* Make ability suppression fail if ability is already suppressed

* Document SuppressAbilitiesAttr

* Add gastro acid unit tests

* Fix rng broken unit test

* Fix it for both tests
