Copy the devicetree source for the A83T SoC and all existing boards
verbatim from the Linux v5.15 tag.
As with the other SoCs, updates of note are EMAC phy-mode changes to set
RGMII delays, and adding detection GPIO properties in the USB PHY nodes.

This provides the minimal changes to the Cubietruck Plus dts to enable USB
in U-boot. It is not what will be submitted to the kernel.

Sync dts files with the upstream kernel including
changes queued for 4.6:

Note this adds a number of new unused board dts files. I've asked the
authors of the kernel commits adding these to submit a matching defconfig
to u-boot.
