serial_init runs into panic because no serial device found.
Update the device tree to include bootph-some-ram for some critial
devices needed in pre-reloc stage
Also update usdhc related properties to avoid card initialization
failure.

i.MX8M series provide support for high speed grades in their
usdhc controllers, which has eMMC and SDHC connected to them.
Enable this support across the entire i.MX8M family by providing quirks
to usdhc controllers designated by storage media connected to them.

lpuart0 is the uart used by SPL and U-Boot proper, and DM_SERIAL
is enabled. Since uclass power domain is also enabled, to make
lpuart work properly, need add u-boot,dm-spl for lpuart power domain
and its parent.

with u-boot,dm-spl added for imx8qm-pm node, and SPL_SIMPLE_BUS enabled,
the bind and probe code in board file could be removed.
Also we need to enlarge SYS_MALLOC_F_LEN to avoid calloc fail.
