Add binman_imx_spl and binman_imx_fit labels to nxp-imx8mimage {} and fit {}
nodes respectively, so they can be referened in board DTs no matter how deep
in the top level binman image description they are. Update current board DTs
to use those labels.

Rework the flash.bin image generation such that it uses the new binman
nxp_imx8mimage etype. This way, the flash.bin is assembled in correct
order using plain binman, without any workarounds or sections assembled
in special DT node order.

Move the firmware/optee node to the common imx8mp-u-boot.dtsi and
protect it with an ifdef CONFIG_OPTEE as it is a meaningless node
without the optee driver enabled.

Adding a phandle to a template node is not allowed, since when the node is
instantiated multiple times, we end up with duplicate phandles.
Drop this invalid constructs.

The changes of commit 6a21c695213b ("arm: dts: imx8mp: add of-list
support to common imx8mp-u-boot.dtsi") breaks the loading of the fip.
This commit fixes the break by modify the configuration properly.

Mark wdog1/pinctrl_wdog as u-boot,dm-spl to clean up board code,
The set_wdog_reset() function is not necessary as this is handled by
the imx_watchdog.c driver due to the 'fsl,ext-reset-output' property
being set.
