Add support for packaging the TIFS Stub as it's required for basic Low
Power Modes like Deep Sleep.
The reason it is packaged using binman and not inherently as part of the
DM firmware is because for HS devices, customer owns the customer key
and only customer has access to it.
DM is release by TI, Since TI doesn't have access to the customer key it
cannot have a component that is signed by customer key.
Hence, it's left as part of binman to be signed and packaged.

Add symlinks for both tiboot3.bin and tispl.bin because a user has to
anyway rename these files to get the platform to boot up.
This just makes it more intuitive and convenient.

DFU mode on a beagleplay can be used via the Type-C connector by holding
the USR switch while powering on.
Configuration is already provided as fragments for both the A53 and R5
u-boot parts. Include the am62x_a53_usbdfu.config config. The
am62x_r5_usbdfu.config fragment needs to be added should DFU boot be
required as this will disable booting from persistent storage due to
binary size constraints.

This extra binding is non-standard and now unneeded as we bind the
sysreset driver automatically. This matches what is done in Linux
and allows us to more closely match the DTBs. Remove the binding
and all users.

Much like we have for ATF, OP-TEE has a standard address that we load
it too and run it from. Add a Kconfig item for this to remove some
hard-coding and allow this address to be more easily changed.

k3-am62* SoC dtsi files now provide the following:
bootph-all: dmss secure_proxy_main dmsc k3_pds k3_clks k3_reset
main_pmx0 main_timer0 mcu_pmx0 wkup_conf chipid
bootph-pre-ram: secure_proxy_sa3 main_esm mcu_esm
Drop these from board r5 and u-boot.dtsi files as these are duplicate in
them now.

With the upcoming folder separation, there is no further need to depend
on am625-binman.dtsi. Duplicate the existing definitions to u-boot.dtsi
and r5.dts as appropriate.

Since commit [1] A53 u-boot proper is broken. This is because nodes
marked as 'bootph-pre-ram' are not available at u-boot proper before
relocation.
To fix this we mark all nodes in u-boot.dtsi as 'bootph-all'.

BeagleBoard.org BeaglePlay is an easy to use, affordable open source
hardware single board computer based on the Texas Instruments AM625
SoC that allows you to create connected devices that work even at long
distances using IEEE 802.15.4g LR-WPAN and IEEE 802.3cg 10Base-T1L.
