Sync the devicetree files from the official Linux kernel tree, v6.10.
This is covering Allwinner SoCs with 32-bit and 64-bit ARM cores.
Besides mostly cosmectic changes, this adds cpufreq support to H616
boards, Nothing that U-Boot needs for itself, but helpful to pass on
to kernels. We also get the .dts files for the Tanix TX1 TV box and
three Anbernic handheld gaming devices.
As before, this omits the non-backwards compatible changes to the R_INTC
controller, to remain compatible with older kernels.

Copy the devicetree source for the A10s/A13/GR8, A31(s), and A23/A33/R16
SoCs and all existing boards from the Linux v5.18-rc1 tag.
These changes are combined into one commit due to interdependencies:
- The unit addresses were removed from bitbanged I2C buses, which
drives a Kconfig default change. This affects sun5i-a13-utoo-p66.dts
and sun6i-a31-colombus.dts.
- The pinctrl nodes were renamed, including some used by the shared
header sunxi-reference-design-tablet.dtsi.
To maintain ABI compatibility with existing LTS kernels, one change
moving some IP blocks to the r_intc interrupt controller is excluded.
This effectively reverts Linux commits 994e5818392c and 9fdef3c3d8c2.
This commit renames the file sun8i-r16-nintendo-nes-classic-edition.dts
to sun8i-r16-nintendo-nes-classic.dts to match the Linux tree.
This commit also adds the following new board devicetrees:
- sun5i-a13-licheepi-one.dts
- sun5i-a13-pocketbook-touch-lux-3.dts
- sun5i-gr8-evb.dts
- sun8i-a23-ippo-q8h-v1.2.dts
- sun8i-a23-ippo-q8h-v5.dts
- sun8i-a33-et-q8-v1.6.dts
- sun8i-a33-ippo-q8h-v1.2.dts
- sun8i-r16-nintendo-super-nes-classic.dts
As with the other SoCs, updates of note are conversion of GPIO pull-up
from pinconf to GPIO flags and renaming the detection GPIO properties in
the USB PHY nodes.

Commit f11513d99787 ("net: phy: realtek: Add tx/rx delay config for
8211e") made the Realtek PHY driver honour the phy-mode DT property,
to set up the proper delay scheme for the RX and TX lines. A similar
change in the kernel revealed that those properties were mostly wrong.
The kernel DTs got updated over the last few months, but we were missing
out on the U-Boot version.
Just sync in the phy-mode properties from the mainline kernel,
v5.17-rc7, to avoid the breaking DT sync that late in the cycle.
This fixes Ethernet operation on the affected boards.

Sync dts files with the upstream kernel including
changes queued for 4.6:
https://git.kernel.org/cgit/linux/kernel/git/mripard/linux.git/commit/?h=sunxi/dt-for-4.6
Note this adds a number of new unused board dts files. I've asked the
authors of the kernel commits adding these to submit a matching defconfig
to u-boot.

Copy over all the latest dts changes from mripard/sunxi/dt-for-4.2 ,
this gives us a proper dtsi file for the A33 rather then abusing
sun8i-a23.dtsi for this.
And this replaces our minimal (dummy) sun7i-a20-mk808c and
sun8i-a33-astar-mid756 dts files with proper ones.

Bring all the sunxi dts files (and update existing ones) from
mripard/sunxi/dt-for-4.1 (which will be merged into upstream master any
day now). This is necessary so that we can move all sunxi boards over to
the driver model.
