Assorted Tegra enhancements. Merged with the recent XPL_BUILD changes,
resolve some whitespace issues and fix the name of the new apalis-tk1
env file by Tom.

Drop the pinmux setup in the board in favor of setting it up in
the device tree. Device tree nodes match nodes used for the Linux
device tree and are set according to the service manual.

Since required drivers were merged, we can safely clean up the
board and switch to DM based driver with device tree support.

Move ASUS Transformers, Grouper, P895 and P880 config fragments into
their respective device directory in /board/../configs/

Remove nvidia_board_late_init calls from board since this setup is
performed in board2 of mach-tegra. Call of nvidia_board_late_init
from within the board does not provide any additional data.

Similar change was done by commit b4c2c151b14b ("Kconfig: Remove all
default n/no options") and again sync is required.
default n/no doesn't need to be specified. It is default option anyway.

LG X3 is a development board based on Nvidia Tegra 3 SoC
on base of which Optimus 4X HD and Optimus Vu were created.
Both smartphones feature a 4.7" and 5" panels respectively,
an Nvidia Tegra 3 quad-core chip, 1 GB of RAM and 16/32 GB
of internal storage. Optimux 4X HD additionally has a micro
SD slot.
