The older i.MX8M Mini Verdin SoMs may came with 20 MHz SPI CAN controller
oscillator, the newer SoMs always use 40 MHz oscillator. Handle both by
overriding the oscillator frequency just before booting the kernel.
These are the known variants with 20 MHz oscillator:
- 0055, V1.1A, V1.1B, V1.1C and V1.1D, use a 20MHz oscillator
- 0059, V1.1A and V1.1B, use a 20MHz oscillator

Add support for MT53E512M32D1ZW-046 IT:C memory.
This 4 GB memory has 17 row bits instead of 16 and requires 380 ns of
tRFC (tRFCab) instead of 280 ns due to increased channel density to 16 Gb.
Both modifications are retro-compatible with previous memories.

Update lpddr4 configuration and training using updated spreadsheet and
tools from NXP using data from previous spreadsheet and verified
toward datasheet:
- MX8M_Mini_LPDDR4_RPA_v22.xlsx
- mscale_ddr_tool_v3.31_setup.exe
The most relevant update is related to errata ERR050805:
"DRAM: Controller automatic derating logic may not work when
the LPDDR4 memory temperature is above 85 °C at initialization"
Other relevant fixes:
- DRAMTMG7 register: corrected calculation of T_CKPDX parameter
(equal to tCKCKEH for LPDDR4)
- RANKCTL register: corrected calculations for ODTLon and ODTLoff
to follow the JEDEC specification
- ADDRMAP7 register: added support for 17-row devices
As per errata ERR050805:
An issue exists with the automatic derating logic of the DDR
controller that only samples the LPDDR4 MR4 register when the
Temperature Update Flag (TUF) field (MR4[7] ) is 1’b1. If the
LPDDR4 memory is initialized and starts operation above 85 °C
(MR4[2:0] > 3’b011), the MR4 Temperature Update Flag (TUF) will
not be set. The DDR Controller will therefore not automatically
adjust the memory refresh rate or de-rate memory timings based
on the LPDDR4 memory temperature. This may cause the controller
incorrectly setting the refresh period, potentially cause the
LPDDR4 memory losing data contents and lead to possible data
integrity issues above 85 °C.
Errata provides three possible workaround options, while option 2
is the most reasonable:
Disable the automatic derating logic of the DDR controller and
apply fixed x2 refresh rate (0.5x refresh). This option is
suitable for designs that are expected to boot at or above 85 °C
and memory’s MR4[2:0] (Refresh Rate) DOES NOT report the following
conditions:
3b101: 0.25x refresh, no de-rating
3b110: 0.25x refresh, with de-rating
3b111: SDRAM High temperature operating limit exceeded

1. Convert all linker symbols to char[] type so that we can get the
corresponding address by calling array name 'var' or its address
'&var'. In this way, we can avoid some potential issues[1].
2. Remove unused symbol '_TEXT_BASE'. It has been abandoned and has
not been referenced by any source code.
3. Move '__data_end' to the arch x86's own sections header as it's
only used by x86 arch.
4. Remove some duplicate declared linker symbols. Now we use the
standard header file to declare them.

The PCA9450 reset configuration can now be performed by the PCA9450 PMIC
driver itself, remove the hard-coded variant from board code and let the
PMIC driver perform this task using one-liner:

Venice and i.MX93 EVK required slight manual fix up.

The current implementation of spl_board_init() USB boot handling is
not correct, the MX8MM BootROM v1 does not support SDP load when
re-entered from U-Boot SPL, it is up to U-Boot to perform the next
stage load using its own internal CI gadget driver and SDP protocol
implementation. Drop the spl_board_init() to let SPL continue with
normal load in case the SDP support is enabled.

Instead of duplicating code implemented by i.MX8M version of arch_misc_init()
in every board, enable CONFIG_ARCH_MISC_INIT and call arch_misc_init() from
spl_board_init(). This removes the duplication. No functional change.

Synchronise device tree with linux v5.19-rc5.
Please note that this also means that instead of the previous "generic"
U-Boot specific carrier board agnostic device tree we are now using the
regular one for the Verdin Development (carrier) board (e.g.
imx8mm-verdin-wifi-dev.dtb rather than the previous imx8mm-verdin.dtb).
Please further note that the PMIC node name got changed from a pmic
label to pmic@25 which required adjustment in resp. board SPL file
board/toradex/verdin-imx8mm/spl.c.

Move the preloader_console_init() call after spl_early_init() to avoid
board hang in SPL.
While at it remove explicit in-code console/debug UART pinmuxing (uart1
and its pinmuxing are already marked as u-boot,dm-spl via device tree).

pinctrl_wdog already marked u-boot,dm-spl, so clean up board code.
The set_wdog_reset() function is not necessary as this is handled by
the imx_watchdog.c driver due to the 'fsl,ext-reset-output' property
being set.

Rename board_early_init_f() to board_early_init(), since this function
has nothing to do with actual board_early_init_f() as used throughout
U-Boot. The board_early_init() is function local to this board used to
configure UART and WDT pinmux. Wrap init_uart_clk() into this function
so that early UART init would be all in one place. Turn the function
into __weak one, so it could be overridden in case custom carrier board
uses different UART or needs custom IOMUX settings.

Turns out Microship (formerly Micrel) meanwhile integrated proper
support for the DLL setup on their KSZ9131. Unfortunately, this
conflicts with our previous board code doing that.
Fix this by getting rid of our board code and just relying on the
generic implementation relying on rgmii-id being used as phy-mode.

Move this out of the common header and include it only where needed. In
a number of cases this requires adding "struct udevice;" to avoid adding
another large header or in other cases replacing / adding missing header
files that had been pulled in, very indirectly. Finally, we have a few
cases where we did not need to include <asm/global_data.h> at all, so
remove that include.

V1.1A HW switched the PMIC from BD71837 to PCA9450.
- Disable combined DVS in PCA9450_BUCK123_DVS.
- Increase DDR Voltage to 0.95V as we use a 1.5GHz RAM.
- Configure WDOG_B behaviour.

The Linux coding style guide (Documentation/process/coding-style.rst)
clearly says:
It's a **mistake** to use typedef for structures and pointers.
Besides, using typedef for structures is annoying when you try to make
headers self-contained.
Let's say you have the following function declaration in a header:
void foo(bd_t *bd);
This is not self-contained since bd_t is not defined.
To tell the compiler what 'bd_t' is, you need to include <asm/u-boot.h>
#include <asm/u-boot.h>
void foo(bd_t *bd);
Then, the include direcective pulls in more bloat needlessly.
If you use 'struct bd_info' instead, it is enough to put a forward
declaration as follows:
struct bd_info;
void foo(struct bd_info *bd);
Right, typedef'ing bd_t is a mistake.
I used coccinelle to generate this commit.

Current codes assume the OPTEE address is at the end of first DRAM bank.
Adjust the process to allow OPTEE in the middle of first bank.
When OPTEE memory is removed from first bank, it may split the first bank
to two banks, adjust the MMU table for the split case,
Since the default CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS is 4, it is enough, just enlarge
i.MX8MP evk to default to avoid issue.

We should not use typedefs in U-Boot. They cannot be used as forward
declarations which means that header files must include the full header to
access them.
Drop the typedef and rename the struct to remove the _s suffix which is
now not useful.
This requires quite a few header-file additions.

This patch determines which phy is placed on the board with the PHY ID
then it sets the same settings for KSZ9031 as before but for KSZ9131
it enables both RXC and TXC delay lines in the PHY.
This will compensate the missing delay from the MAC. Other skew
settings are not needed as the traces on board are routed exactly the
same length
