20ad3fa0e1 spl: Add support for a relocating jump to the next phase
When one xPL phase wants to jump to the next, the next phase must be
loaded into its required address. This means that the TEXT_BASE for the
two phases must be different and there cannot be any memory overlap
between the code used by the two phases. It also can mean that phases
need to be moved around to accommodate any size growth.

Having two xPL phases in SRAM at the same time can be tricky if SRAM
is limited, which it often is. It would be better if the second phase
could be loaded somewhere else, then decompressed into place over the
top of the first phase.

Introduce a relocating jump for xPL to support this. This selects a
suitable place to load the (typically compressed) next phase, copies
some decompression code out of the first phase, then jumps to this code
to decompress and start the next phase.

This feature makes it much easier to support Verified Boot for Embedded
(VBE) on RK3399 boards, which have 192KB of SRAM.

8cb330355b net: introduce alternative implementation as net/lwip/
Prepare the introduction of the lwIP (lightweight IP) TCP/IP stack by
adding a new net/lwip/ directory and the NET_LWIP symbol. Network
support is either NO_NET, NET (legacy stack) or NET_LWIP. Subsequent
commits will introduce the lwIP code, re-work the NETDEVICE integration
and port some of the NET commands and features to lwIP.

SPL_NET cannot be enabled when NET_LWIP=y. SPL_NET pulls some symbols
that are part of NET (such as arp_init(), arp_timeout_check(),
arp_receive(), net_arp_wait_packet_ip()). lwIP support in SPL may be
added later.

Similarly, DFU_TFTP and FASTBOOT are not compatible with NET_LWIP
because of dependencies on net_loop(), tftp_timeout_ms,
tftp_timeout_count_max and other NET things. Let's add a dependency on
!NET_LWIP for now.

SANDBOX can select NET_LWIP but doing so will currently disable the eth
dm tests as well as the wget tests which have strong dependencies on the
NET code.

Other adjustments to Kconfig files are made to fix "unmet direct
dependencies detected" for USB_FUNCTION_SDP and CMD_FASTBOOT when
the default networking stack is set to NET_LWIP ("default NET_LWIP"
instead of "default NET" in Kconfig).

The networking stack is now a choice between NO_NET,
NET and NET_LWIP. Therefore '# CONFIG_NET is not set' should be
'CONFIG_NO_NET=y'. Adjust the defconfigs accordingly.

This patch series includes configurations, init code, and minimal DTs
to enable Analog Devices' evaluation boards for these SoCs to boot

0d8ac5644e sunxi: h616: (really) lower SPL stack address to avoid BROM data
When using the USB OTG FEL mode on the Allwinner H616, the BootROM
stores some data at the end of SRAM C. This is also the location where
we place the initial SPL stack, so it will overwrite this data.
We still need the BROM code after running the SPL, so should leave that
area alone.
Interestingly this does not seem to have an adverse effect, I guess on
the "way out" (when we return to FEL after the SPL has run), this data
is not needed by the BROM, for just the trailing end of the USB operation.
However this is still wrong, and we should not clobber BROM data.

Lower the SPL stack address to be situated right below the swap buffers
we use in sunxi-fel: that should be out of the way of everyone else.

This obsoletes a previous commit (eb53e7743c8f) with the same name:
that one was changing the address in an *unused* macro in sunxi_common.h,
so the previous patch didn't have any effect at all.

(which might not be the case if SYS_MMCSD_FS_BOOT is enabled), we introduce
a helper config SYS_MMCSD_RAW_MODE. This ensures we can inline spl_load
correctly when a board only boots from filesystems. We still need to check
for SPL_MMC, since some boards enable configure raw mode even without MMC
support.

5271e359a4 spl: Only support bl_len when we have to
Aligning addresses and sizes causes overhead which is unnecessary when we
are not loading from block devices. Remove bl_len when it is not needed.

For example, on iot2050 we save 144 bytes with this patch (once the rest of
this series is applied):

add/remove: 0/0 grow/shrink: 0/3 up/down: 0/-144 (-144)
Function old new delta
spl_load_simple_fit 920 904 -16
load_simple_fit 496 444 -52
spl_spi_load_image 384 308 -76
Total: Before=87431, After=87287, chg -0.16%

We use panic() instead of BUILD_BUG_ON in spl_set_bl_len because we still
need to be able to compile it for things like mmc_load_image_raw_sector,
even if that function will not be used.

95168d77d3 sunxi: add Allwinner R528/T113 SoC support
This adds the remaining code bits to teach U-Boot about Allwinner's
newest SoC generation. This was introduced with the RISC-V based
Allwinner D1 SoC, which actually shares a die with the ARM cores versions
called R528 (BGA, without DRAM) and T113s (QFP, with embedded DRAM).

This adds the new Kconfig stanza, using the two newly introduced symbols
for the new SoC generation and pincontroller. It also adds the new symbols
to the relavent code places, to set all the hardcoded bits directly.

We need one DT override:
The ARM core version of the DT specifies the CPUX watchdog as
"reserved", which means it won't be recognised by U-Boot. Override this
in our generic sunxi-u-boot.dtsi, to let U-Boot pick up this watchdog,
so that the generic reset driver will work.

4a9e89a3e3 sunxi: introduce NCAT2 generation model
Allwinner seems to typically stick to a common MMIO memory map for
several SoCs, but from time to time does some breaking changes, which
also introduce new generations of some peripherals. The last time this
happened with the H6, which apart from re-organising the base addresses
also changed the clock controller significantly. We added a
CONFIG_SUN50I_GEN_H6 symbol back then to mark SoCs sharing those traits.

Now the Allwinner D1 changes the memory map again, and also extends the
pincontroller, among other peripherals.
To mark this generation of SoCs, add a CONFIG_SUNXI_GEN_NCAT2 symbol,
this name is reportedly used in the Allwinner BSP code, and prevents us
from inventing our own name.

Add this new symbol to some guards that were already checking for the H6
generation, since many features are shared between the two (like the
renovated clock controller).

This paves the way to introduce a first user of this generation.

a077ac13d0 Kconfigs: Correct default of "0" on hex type entries
It is not a parse error to have a default value of "0" for a "hex" type
entry, instead of "0x0". However, "0" and "0x0" are not treated the
same even by the tools themselves. Correct this by changing the default
value from "0" to "0x0" for all hex type questions that had the
incorrect default. Fix one instance (in two configs) of a default of "0"
being used on a hex question to be "0x0". Remove the cases where a
defconfig had set a value of "0x0" to be used as the default had been
"0".
