For upstream Linux kernel we use below DTBs for HiHope boards:
- r8a774a1-hihope-rzg2m-ex.dtb
- r8a774e1-hihope-rzg2h-ex.dtb
- r8a774b1-hihope-rzg2n-ex.dtb
Update the CONFIG_OF_LIST to match the above. Now that we have switched
upstream DTS, drop deleting the nodes and also rename the
r8a774*-u-boot.dtsi files to r8a774*-ex-u-boot.dtsi to match the OF_LIST
files so that the `bootph-all` property gets applied to required nodes
in upstream DTS.

Currently we set CONFIG_SYS_MMC_ENV_DEV=1 which is wrong:
Loading Environment from MMC... MMC: no card present
*** Warning - No block device, using default environment
This issue was introduced when we switched to using upstream Linux device
trees for the hihope boards which named the MMC devices differently.
Correct to dev 0 so that the U-Boot environment can be loaded from the
correct storage device.

Deduplicate defconfigs for all Renesas R-Car Gen3 systems by factoring
out the common parts into generic renesas_rcar3.config and including
those using the #include <configs/...> preprocessor macro in the current
set of board specific defconfigs. The preprocessor macro is applicable
to defconfigs as well.
This introduces no functional change, the resulting .config is identical
for all Renesas R-Car Gen3 systems.

Enable OF_UPSTREAM to use upstream DT and add renesas/ prefix to the
DEFAULT_DEVICE_TREE and OF_LIST. And thereby directly build DTB from
dts/upstream/src/ including *-u-boot.dtsi files from arch/$(ARCH)/dts/
directory.
The configuration update has been done using the following script:
```
sed -i '/^CONFIG_DEFAULT_DEVICE_TREE/ s@="@&renesas/@' `git grep -li renesas configs`
sed -i '/^CONFIG_OF_LIST/ s@r8a@renesas/&@g' `git grep -li renesas configs`
```
There are SoCs which are not included in this patch. The 32bit SoCs
require further infrastructure work. R8A779H0 is coming during the
next upstream DT synchronization cycle as it is not included in
current upstream DTs yet.

The U-Boot build system can automatically paste -u-boot.dtsi at the
end of matching .dts during build. Stop emulating this behavior and
rename the -u-boot.dts files to -u-boot.dtsi, drop "#include...dts"
from those new u-boot.dtsi files, and update board configuration
accordingly.
The rename, '#include...dts` scrubbing and configuration update has
been done using the following script:
```
$ find . -name r[78]\*-u-boot.dts | sort -u | while read line ; do \
git mv ${line%-u-boot.dts}-u-boot.dts ${line%-u-boot.dts}-u-boot.dtsi ; \
The help for CONFIG_MTD explains that it needs to be enabled for various
things like NAND, etc to be available. It however then doesn't enforce
this dependency and so if you have none of these systems present you
still need to disable a number of options. Fix this by making places
that select/imply one type of flash, but did not do the same, also do
this for "MTD". Make boards which hadn't been enabling MTD already but
need it now, do so. In a few places, disable CONFIG_CMD_MTDPARTS as it
wasn't previously enabled but was now being implied.
This converts the following to Kconfig:
CONFIG_SYS_MONITOR_LEN
To do this, we set a default of 0 for everyone because there are a
number of cases where we define CONFIG_SYS_MONITOR_LEN but the only
impact is that we set TOTAL_MALLOC_LEN to be CONFIG_SYS_MALLOC_LEN +
CONFIG_ENV_SIZE, so we must continue to allow all boards to set this
value. Update the SPL code to use 200 KB as the default raw U-Boot size
directly, if we don't have a real CONFIG_SYS_MONITOR_LEN value.
