Device tree for this board can be deleted. Device tree location
now points to the freescale/ directory.
Use absolute path to PMIC node entry and its regulators as
device tree in kernel does not provide corresponding labels

Make the raw-mode options depend on SPL_SYS_MMCSD_RAW_MODE in a more
direct way. This makes it easier to understand the options with
'make menuconfig'.
There are three different ways of specifying the offset:
- sector offset
- partition number
- partition type
So make these a choice, so it is more obvious what is going on.
Update existing boards to enable SPL_SYS_MMCSD_RAW_MODE where needed.

Switch PHY_ANEG_TIMEOUT to CONFIG_PHY_ANEG_TIMEOUT Kconfig symbol.
This removes one more configuration headers option finalizes its
Kconfig symbol conversion. No functional change expected.

Add support for the Polyhex Debix Model A SBC board.
It is an industrial grade single board computer based on
NXP's i.MX 8M Plus.
Currently supported interfaces are:
- Serial console
- Micro SD
- eQOS and FEC Ethernet
imx8mp-debix-model-a.dts is taken from Linux 6.3.
