The keymile board family is not compatible with modern hush parser.
Indeed, This boards used set_local_var() to store some variables as local shell.
They then used get_local_var() to retrieve the variables values.
Sadly, this two functions do not exist with CONFIG_HUSH_MODERN_PARSER.
A patch was proposed to use environment variables rather than local variables
but it does not tackle the problem, so complementary work is needed to make
this boards use CONFIG_HUSH_MODERN_PARSER.
Also, with CONFIG_HUSH_MODERN_PARSER, kirkwoord sheevaplug and phytec bk4r1 hit
their board limits, so better to stick with old hush.

The "Programming Environments Manual for 32-Bit Implementations of the
PowerPC™ Architecture" says "W and G bits are not defined for IBAT
registers. Attempting to write to these bits causes boundedly-undefined
results"
The "e300 Power Architecture™ Core Family Reference Manual" says the
same: "Neither the W or G bits of the IBAT registers should be set.
Attempting to write to these bits causes boundedly-undefined results."
Remove the possibility to set those bytes.

Commit fe7d654d04 ("mpc83xx: Migrate CONFIG_SYS_{BR, OR}*_PRELIM to
Kconfig") converted CONFIG_SYS_{BRx/ORx}_PRELIM to Kconfig by
implementing a fine-grained selection of every bit in Kconfig.
But commit c7fad78ec0 ("Convert CONFIG_SYS_BR0_PRELIM et al to
Kconfig") reworked it so that you now just have to provide the raw
value of each register in Kconfig. However, all fine-grained
Kconfig items remained allthough they are not used anymore.
Remove them all.

This converts the following to Kconfig:
CONFIG_SYS_MONITOR_LEN
To do this, we set a default of 0 for everyone because there are a
number of cases where we define CONFIG_SYS_MONITOR_LEN but the only
impact is that we set TOTAL_MALLOC_LEN to be CONFIG_SYS_MALLOC_LEN +
CONFIG_ENV_SIZE, so we must continue to allow all boards to set this
value. Update the SPL code to use 200 KB as the default raw U-Boot size
directly, if we don't have a real CONFIG_SYS_MONITOR_LEN value.

The current name is inconsistent with SPL which uses CONFIG_SPL_TEXT_BASE
and this makes it imposible to use CONFIG_VAL().

- As there are no boards that use different values for speed / slave on
different buses, use a single option.
- Switch to using the common SYS_I2C_SPEED / SYS_I2C_SLAVE options.
- Introduce _HAS_ options for additional buses as only the first one is
common to all users.

First, we convert CONFIG_SYS_I2C_LEGACY to Kconfig. Next, as you cannot
have SYS_I2C_LEGACY and DM_I2C at the same time, introduce
CONFIG_SPL_SYS_I2C_LEGACY so that we can enable the legacy option only
in SPL. Finally, for some PowerPC cases we also need
CONFIG_TPL_SYS_I2C_LEGACY support. Convert all of the existing users to
one or more symbols.

Both symbols must be enabled when there is a raw NAND driver
selected. Also enable them when CONFIG_CMD_NAND is selected to avoid
breaking things when we'll further rework the MTD dependency
description.

- In ARMv8 NXP Layerscape platforms we also need to make use of
CONFIG_SYS_RELOC_GD_ENV_ADDR now, do so.
- On ENV_IS_IN_REMOTE, CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET is never used, drop the define
to 0.
- Add Kconfig entry for ENV_ADDR.
- Make ENV_ADDR / ENV_OFFSET depend on the env locations that use it.
- Add ENV_xxx_REDUND options that depend on their primary option and
SYS_REDUNDAND_ENVIRONMENT
- On a number of PowerPC platforms, use SPL_ENV_ADDR not CONFIG_ENV_ADDR
for the pre-main-U-Boot environment location.
- On ENV_IS_IN_SPI_FLASH, check not for CONFIG_ENV_ADDR being set but
rather it being non-zero, as it will now be zero by default.
- Rework the env_offset absolute in env/embedded.o to not use
CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET as it was the only use of ENV_OFFSET within
ENV_IS_IN_FLASH.
- Migrate all platforms.

Move the main symbol for Freescale Fman Ethernet controller option to
Kconfig. Also migrate the CONFIG_SYS_QE_FMAN_FW_IN_xxx macros and
rename the SPIFLASH one to follow the same format as all of the others.
To do this fully we need to migrate CONFIG_QC, do so.
