As per TRM[0] Section 8.7.1 "TPS6594-Q1 Registers", LDOx_Vout
bit 6-1, define the NVM voltage settings.
Along side table 8-4 of above TRM, shows voltage to value mapping.
Driver wrongly using bits 5-1 to calculate voltage, and to convert
voltage to value driver was using buck's calculation.
So fix those calculation.

When bringing in the series 'arm: dts: am62-beagleplay: Fix Beagleplay
Ethernet"' I failed to notice that b4 noticed it was based on next and
so took that as the base commit and merged that part of next to master.
This reverts commit c8ffd1356d42223cbb8c86280a083cc3c93e6426, reversing
changes made to 2ee6f3a5f7550de3599faef9704e166e5dcace35.

Reuse TPS65941 regulator driver to adds support for
TPS65224 PMIC's regulators. 4 BUCKs and 3 LDOs, where
BUCK1 and BUCK2 can be configured in dual phase mode.

Buck regulator 1, 2 and 3 of TPS6594132 on j721e-sk is in 3 Phase
confguration, in-order to support this, add configuring 3 Phase buck
in tps65941 while driver probing.

We use 'priv' for private data but often use 'platdata' for platform data.
We can't really use 'pdata' since that is ambiguous (it could mean private
or platform data).
Rename some of the latter variables to end with 'plat' for consistency.
