The current A/B switching preparatory altbootcmd is confusing
to users, replace it with plain 'run bootcmd' which can be
replaced by proper A/B switching altbootcmd when the matching
updater is added on top of the platform. By default, keep the
boot counter incrementing, but do not do any A/B partition
switching.

Switch PHY_ANEG_TIMEOUT to CONFIG_PHY_ANEG_TIMEOUT Kconfig symbol.
This removes one more configuration headers option finalizes its
Kconfig symbol conversion. No functional change expected.

In case CONSOLE_MUX and SYS_CONSOLE_IS_IN_ENV are enabled, the console
stdin, stdout, stderr must be defined in environment. Define the default
settings to fix the following warning on boot:

In: No input devices available!
Out: No output devices available!
Err: No error devices available!
"
Sort the default environment as well.

Add support for Data Modul i.MX8M Plus eDM SBC board. This is an
evaluation board for various custom display units. Currently
supported are serial console, ethernet, eMMC, SD, SPI NOR, USB.
