5e541a05f7 env: Use include/env for text-environment includes 
The 'environment' word is too long. We mostly use 'env' in U-Boot, so use
that as the name of the include directory too.

0cc0c098c8 km/powerpc: migrate to env.txt file 
Use already present common.env file and add a powerpc specific env
so that we can move all the environment defines to text files.
