c9dca3c3f3 Revert "Change env_get_char from a global function ptr to a function." 
This reverts commit c0559be371b2a64b1a817088c3308688e2182f93
which is known to break booting from dataflash and NAND.

88c8f4921f Fixed an OF-tree off-by-one bug when adding a new property name. 
This bug will cause the kernel booting to pause a long time.

c2871f0380 Added OF_STDOUT_PATH and OF_SOC 
OF_STDOUT_PATH specifies the path to the device the kernel can use
for console output

OF_SOC specifies the proper name of the SOC node if one exists.

e4f880eddd Added CONFIG_ options for bd_t and env in flat dev tree 
CONFIG_OF_HAS_BD_T will put a copy of the bd_t
      into the resulting flat device tree.

      CONFIG_OF_HAS_UBOOT_ENV will copy the environment
      variables from u-boot into the flat device tree
