When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line) and with slightly different comment styles than us. In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style. This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag contents. Keymile kmeter1 Board

1. Alternative Boot EEPROM
Upon the kmeter1 startup the I2C_1 controller is used to fetch the boot
configuration from a serial EEPROM. During the development and debugging
phase it might be helpful to apply an alternative boot configuration in
a simple way. Therefore it is an alternative boot eeprom on the PIGGY,
which can be activated by setting the "ST" jumper on the PIGGY board.

DDR-SDRAM:
The current realization is made with four 16-bits memory devices.
Mounting options have been foreseen for device architectures from
4Mx16 to 512Mx16. The kmeter1 is equipped with four 32Mx16 devices
thus resulting in a total capacity of 256MBytes.
3. Compilation
