### Poached
1. Bring water to a boil
2. Carefully form a whirlpool in the pot by sirring the water
3. Crack egg into the middle of the whirlpool
4. Boil for four minutes (or more for a firmer yolk) but avoid disturbing the egg while it's boiling
5. Remove egg from water with a slotted spoon
6. Season with salt and pepper
