Oven Pasta with spinach, beef, tomatoes, mozzerella and cinnamon

Ingredients

• 300g pasta (penne)
• 1 onion
• 1 Tbsp olive oil
• 300g minced beef (or pork)
• 1 Tbsp cinnamon
• 400g (canned) tomatoes
• 125g mozzarella cheese

Directions

1. Preheat an oven to 200 C and boil the pasta.
2. Sauté the onion in olive oil.
3. After about one minute add the beef and cinnamon.
4. When the beef is browned add and squash the tomatoes.
5. Add the spinach in batches.
6. Drain and mix in the pasta.
7. Put in an oven dish and shred mozzarella on top.
8. Bake for 20 minutes.
