connection string login.
* Remove debug logging and revert to actual backend endpoint.

* Move accountrestrictions route under guest.
* Check restrictions before resource token check.
* Revert test changes.
* Add redirect for /aad to /?feature.enableAadDataPlane=true
* Add feature to hide the connection string login link. Enable this new
feature for the aad redirect.
