* Refactor SearchableDropdown with Fluent UI components and add tests

- Replace native HTML elements with Fluent UI components (Stack, DefaultButton, Text)
- Extract inline styles to SearchableDropdown.styles.ts
- Add comprehensive unit tests (14 test cases)
