There are three major variants of the AXP PMIC GPIO functionality (plus
PMICs with no GPIOs at all). Except for GPIO3 on the AXP209, which uses
a different register layout, it is straightforward to support all three
variants with a single driver. Do this, and in the process remove the
GPIO-related definitions from the PMIC-specific headers, and therefore
the dependency on AXP_PMIC_BUS.

Now that issues with the BROM have been sorted out, we can implement
PSCI system suspend on H3 by delegating to SCP firmware. Let's start by
including the firmware in the FIT image and starting the coprocessor if
valid firmware is loaded.

Due to a bug in the H3 SoC, where the CPU 0 hotplug flag cannot be
written, resuming CPU 0 requires using the "Super Standby" code path in
the BROM instead of the hotplug path. This path requires jumping to an
eGON image in SRAM.
Add support to the build system to generate this eGON image and include
it in the FIT, and add code to direct the BROM to its location in SRAM.
Since the Super Standby code path in the BROM initializes the CPU and
AHB1 clocks to 24 MHz, those registers need to be restored after control
passes back to U-Boot. Furthermore, because the BROM lowers the AHB1
clock divider to /1 before switching to the lower-frequency parent,
PLL_PERIPH0 must be bypassed to prevent AHB1 from temporarily running at
600 MHz. Otherwise, this locks up the SoC.

TOC1 is an container format used by Allwinner's boot0 that can hold
multiple images. It supports encryption and signatures, but that
functionality is not implemented, only the basic "non-secure" subset.
A config file is used to provide the list of data files to include. Its
path is passed as the argument to "-d". It contains sections of the
following form:

file = /path/to/file
addr = 0x12345678
Specific well-known names, such as "dtb", "opensbi", and "u-boot", are
used by the bootloader to distinguish the items inside the image.

The SPL port for the Allwinner D1 RISC-V SoC will probably take a while
longer than porting U-Boot proper, as none of the relevant drivers are
set up for DM in SPL. In the meantime, we are using[1][2] a fork[3] of
Allwinner's boot0 loader, which they also call "spl" in their BSP. boot0
uses this TOC1 image format.
The vendor tools for generating TOC1 images require a binary config file
generated by their FEX compiler. Instead of trying to support that, I
made up a simple human-readable config file format. I didn't see any
existing platform-agnostic parser for multi-image containers in mkimage.
I am sending this as RFC because it is only of temporary/limited use.
It only works with one specific fork of boot0 which was modified to
"behave" (the the original vendor version monkey-patches a custom header
inside the U-Boot image during boot). So it will be obsolete once U-Boot
SPL is ported. And it is Yet Another Image Format. On the other hand, it
does work, and it is currently being used.

As a first step toward converting this driver to the driver model, use
the ofnode abstraction to replace direct references to the FDT blob.
Using ofnode_read_u32_index removes an extra pair of loops and makes the
allwinner,rb property optional, matching the devicetree binding.

VBE supports booting firmware during the SPL phases, i.e. so that VPL can
start SPL and SPL can start U-Boot.
It also supports booting an OS, when in U-Boot.
As a first step towards these features, add functions to indicate the
current VBE phase. The firmware selection is done in VPL and the OS
selection is done in U-Boot proper.

At present sandbox runs the next phase from discrete executables, so for
example u-boot-tpl runs u-boot-vpl to get to the next phase.
In some cases the phases are all built into a single firmware image, as is
done for real boards. Add support for this to sandbox.
Make it higher priority so that it takes precedence over the existing
method.

Add support for filtering out FIT images by phase. Rather than adding yet
another argument to this already overloaded function, use a composite
value, where the phase is only added in if needed.
The FIT config is still selected (and verified) as normal, but the images
are selected based on the phase.
Tests for this come in a little later, as part of the updated VPL test.

At present sandbox only supports jumping to a file, to get to the next
U-Boot phase. We want to support other methods, so update the code to
use an enum for the method. Also use the
Use board_boot_order() to set the order, so we can add more options.
Also add the MMC methods into the BOOT_DEVICE enum so that booting
from MMC can be supported.

At present we have functions called blk_dread(), etc., which take a
struct blk_desc * to refer to the block device. Add some functions which
use udevice instead, since this is more in keeping with how driver model
is supposed to work.
Update one of the tests to use this.
Note that it would be nice to update the functions in disk-uclass.c to use
these new functions. However they are not quite the same. For example,
disk_blk_read() adds the partition offset to 'start' when calling the
cache read/fill functions, but does not with part_blk_read(), which does
the addition itself. So as designed the code is duplicated.

At present we normally write tests either in Python or in C. But most
Python tests end up doing a lot of checks which would be better done in C.
Checks done in C are orders of magnitude faster and it is possible to get
full access to U-Boot's internal workings, rather than just relying on
the command line.
The model is to have a Python test set up some things and then use C code
(in a unit test) to check that they were done correctly. But we don't want
those checks to happen as part of normal test running, since each C unit
tests is dependent on the associate Python tests, so cannot run without
it.
To acheive this, add a new UT_TESTF_MANUAL flag to use with the C 'check'
tests, so that they can be skipped by default when the 'ut' command is
used. Require that tests have a name ending with '_norun', so that pytest
knows to skip them.

At present it is possible for a test to skip itself by returning -EAGAIN
but this is not recorded. An existing example is in test_pre_run() with
the "Console recording disabled" check.
Keep a track of skipped tests and report the total at the end.

At present we use symbols for the u-boot-spl entry, but this is not always
what we want. For example, sandbox actually jumps to a u-boot-spl-elf
entry, since sandbox executables are ELF files.
We already handle this with U-Boot by using the '-any' suffix. Add it for
SPL as well.

The current name is inconsistent with SPL which uses CONFIG_SPL_TEXT_BASE
and this makes it imposible to use CONFIG_VAL().

BCM6753 is essentially same as the main chip BCM6855 but with different
SKU number. Now that BCM6855 is supported under CONFIG_ARCH_BCMBCA and
CONFIG_BCM6855, remove the original ARCH_BCM6753 support and migrate its
configuration and dts settings. This includes:
- Remove the bcm96753ref board folder. It is replaced by the
generic bcmbca board folder.
- Merge the 6753.dtsi setting to the new 6855.dtsi file. Update
96753ref board dts with the new compatible string.
- Delete broadcom_bcm96763ref.h and merge its setting to the new
bcm96855.h file.
- Delete bcm96753ref_ram_defconfig and use a basic config version of
bcm96855_defconfig
