Add "cap-mmc-hw-reset" property to the eMMC DT node to perform the
eMMC device hardware reset.
Also, add "no-sd", "no-sdio" properties to eMMC DT node to skip
unwanted sd, sdio related commands during initialization for eMMC
device as this may lead to unnecessary register dump.

Generic understanding/consideration is that phy-mode as sgmi means that the
internal PCS(Physical Coding Sublayer) should be enabled by default.
Xilinx GEM implementation allows configuration GEM (gmii mode) + PL PCS PMA
(sgmii mode, Physical Medum Attachment) but in this case phy-mode should be
setup as gmii.
The reason for this assumption is that phy-mode should be described based
on GEM configuration not based on mode coming out of PHY.
Also Linux kernel automatically setting up PCSSEL bit when phy mode is
sgmii without a need to specified additional DT propety.
All our DTSes with sgmii phy mode have this flag enabled that's why there
is no need/reason to just duplicate information.

All zynqmp boards have been already described via mdio node that's why also
convert the rest of the boards. With using mdio node there is an option to
add reset property for the whole mdio bus which is reflected by
's/phy-reset-gpios/reset-gpios/g' for some boards.

It is not recommended to have aliases for gpio. In past it was used in
Linux for assigning numbers via sysfs which is deprecated and libgpiod
should be used instead.
In U-Boot this number is used for seq number but gpio offset are not
counted from this number. That's why having these aliases only for seq
number is not needed. As is done in Linux it is the best to use full gpio
name instead of sequence number which depends on sequence in binding.

Uarts already have u-boot,dm-pre-reloc via zynqmp.dtsi that's why there is
no need to have them in platform DT files too.

ina226 hwmon driver is deprecated and it is recommended to use new iio
based driver. The patch is enabling iio-hwmon driver to export
functionality from IIO to hwmon interface to be able to use lm-sensors
package.
