If TPL_GPIO and TPL_PINCTRL_ROCKCHIP are enabled and a sysreset-gpio is
provided in the TPL Device Tree, this will trigger a system reset
similar to what's currently been done in SPL whenever the RK3399 "warm"
boots. Because there's currently only one user of sysreset-gpio logic,
and TPL is enabled on that board, so let's migrate the logic and that
board to do it in TPL.
There are three reasons for moving this earlier:
- faster boot time as we don't need to reach SPL to be able to reset the
system on a condition we know is already met in TPL,
- have less code to be impacted by the issue this system reset works
around (that is, "unclean" SoC registers after a reboot),
- less confusion around the reason for restarting. Indeed when done from
SPL, the following log can be observed:

RK3399 Puma has support for driving multiple displays at the same time,
the most notable scenario being HDMI+DSI since there exists a devkit
with both DSI display and HDMI output.
While HDMI seems to work fine in U-Boot, as the U-Boot logo is shown
whenever the EFI bootmeth is used, it messes up DSI in HDMI+DSI setup in
the Linux kernel. There are some ways to work around this bug but no
known appropriate fix for now, so let's rather not trigger this bug.
Since there isn't any client of ours that seems to be using this
feature, let's disable it for now. Users can re-enable this feature in
the event they have HDMI-only products.

On Puma v2.1 with a KSZ9031, the Ethernet PHY often doesn't detect the
link in the 4-second default timeout.
After some boot-loop test for about a thousand boots, 70% were below
10s, 90% below 15s and 100% below 30s. Let's play it safe and make it
30s so that hopefully all links that should be detected are.

Disable support for unused OSes as Linux is the primary target.
Disable support for bootz as zImage isn't a format compatible with
Aarch64 machines so it should never be attempted to be booted.
Enable a bunch of commands:
- erofs
- gpio
- squashfs
that could be useful and are also found in Jaguar and Tiger defconfigs.

A few boards have shown to be required to properly configure pinctrl
for the fixed regulator gpio pin used by sdmmc before being able to read
from SD-cards.
Include the related gpio, regulator and pinctrl nodes and enable related
Kconfig options so that pinctrl can be configured in SPL for boards that
may be affected by such issue.
Also change to imply SPL_DM_SEQ_ALIAS for all boards because it must be
enabled for working gpio usage in SPL after a future DT sync.

The RK3399 SoC support the ARMv8 Cryptography Extensions, use of ARMv8
crypto can speed up FIT checksum validation in SPL.
Imply ARMV8_SET_SMPEN and ARMV8_CRYPTO to take advantage of the crypto
extensions for SHA256 when validating checksum of FIT images.
Imply SPL_FIT_SIGNATURE and LEGACY_IMAGE_FORMAT to enable FIT checksum
validation to almost all RK3399 boards.
The following boards have been excluded:
- chromebook_bob: SPL max size limitation of 120 KiB
- chromebook_kevin: SPL max size limitation of 120 KiB
Also imply OF_LIVE to help speed up init of U-Boot proper and disable
CONFIG_SPL_RAW_IMAGE_SUPPORT on leez-rk3399 to ensure SPL does not try
to jump to code that failed checksum validation.

The rk3399-puma board is currently using SPL stack and bss addr in SRAM,
the same addr typically used by TPL, this differs from most other RK3399
boards.

On rk3399-puma the FIT payload is located at sector 0x200 compared
to the more Rockchip common sector 0x4000 offset:
SYS_MMCSD_RAW_MODE_U_BOOT_SECTOR=0x200
Because FIT payload is located at sector 0x200 and IDBlock is located at
sector 64, the combined size of TPL+SPL (idbloader.img) cannot take up
more than 224 KiB:
(0x200 - 64) x 512 = 0x38000 (224 KiB)
Adjust SPL_PAD_TO to match the used 0x200 sector offset.

Complete the transition away from xhci-dwc3 and dwc3-of-simple drivers
and change to use the dwc3-generic driver on remaining RK3328 and RK3399
boards.
MISC, USB_DWC3 and USB_DWC3_GENERIC is enabled on boards that used to
enable USB_XHCI_DWC3. USB_XHCI_DWC3 is dropped from updated boards along
with the default y of USB_XHCI_DWC3_OF_SIMPLE.
There is no intended change in functionality with this changes, USB 3.0
is expected to continue same as before this change.

The GPT table is taking the first 34 sectors, which amounts to 0x4400
bytes. Saving the environment below this address in storage will corrupt
the GPT table.
While technically the table ends at 0x4400, some tools (e.g. bmaptool)
are rounding everything to the logical block size (0x1000), so it is
safer to make it point to 0x5000 so that the environment could still
persist when flashing a sparse image with bmaptool or similar tools.
Obviously, the default 0x4000 environment size does not work anymore, so
let's set it to 0x3000 so it does fill the gap between the GPT table
(rounded to 0x1000) and the start of the idbloader.img.

Depending on the toolchain used to compile the SPL for Puma RK3399-Q7
module, the board does not boot because the resulting binary is too big
to fit in SRAM.
Let's add a TPL so that there's no need to fiddle with or hack the
defconfig to have a working bootloader.
This follows what's been done for the majority of other RK3399-based
boards.
See the original commit for the first migrations:

Unfortunately, the offset in SPI-NOR for U-Boot proper needs to be
modified, since the move from SPL to TPL+SPL for idbloader.img (and the
"only the first 2KB per 4KB blocks are written" "hack" for rkspi format)
increased the size above 256KB. Let's move it to 512KB to, hopefully, be
safe.

The SPL payload offset when booting from SPI defaults to
CONFIG_SYS_SPI_U_BOOT_OFFS but can be overridden by
u-boot,spl-payload-offset. The Device Tree for Puma Haikou has this
property so there's no need to have this one option in the defconfig,
especially since they are not in sync and therefore confusing.

Chances are when one boots U-Boot proper from a given storage medium,
they want the same medium to be used to load and store the environment.
This basically allows to have completely separate U-Boot (TPL/SPL/U-Boot
proper/environment) per storage medium which is convenient when working
with recovery from SD-Card as one would just need to insert a properly
configured SD-Card into the device to have access to their whole debug
setup.
No fallback mechanism is provided as to not dirty other storage medium
environment by mistake. However, since arch_env_get_location() is called
by env_init() which is part of the pre-relocation process, a valid,
non-ENVL_UNKNOWN, value shall be returned otherwise the relocation fails
with the following message:
initcall sequence 00000000002866c0 failed at call 0000000000256b34 (err=-19)
This valid, non-ENVL_UNKNOWN, value is ENVL_NOWHERE which requires to
always select CONFIG_ENV_IS_NOWHERE otherwise this work-around does not
work.

There's a SPI-NOR flash available from which SPL and U-Boot proper can
be booted, it makes sense to also allow this medium to store U-Boot
environment so let's enable it.
The Device Tree advertises a max frequency of 50MHz so let's set the
config option appropriately.

Trying to load U-Boot proper from SPL when SPL was not loaded from
SD-Card is currently not working because the SDMMC pins aren't muxed
correctly. It is assumed the BootROM is doing this for us when booting
from SD-Card hence why it's not needed when booting TPL/SPL from
SD-Card.
The pinctrl properties are removed from the SPL DT property removal list
and the pinctrl configuration nodes made available in the SPL DT, in
addition to the pull-up configurations to allow loading U-Boot proper
from SD-Card as a fallback mechanism for SPI-NOR and eMMC.

On Haikou devkit, it is possible to disable eMMC and SPI-NOR to force
booting from SD card or USB via rkdeveloptool by toggling a switch. This
switch needs to be overridden in software to be able to access eMMC and
SPI-NOR once the device has booted from SD Card. Puma SoM can override
this pin via gpio3_d5.
Until now, fixed regulator device was abused to model this, but since
there's now support for GPIO hogs, let's use it.
Since we want to be able to boot the SPL from SD Card but give it the
ability to load U-Boot proper from a fallback medium such as eMMC and
SPI-NOR, SPL support for GPIO hogs needs to be enabled too. Support for
other kinds of regulators are not needed anymore, so let's disable them.

- Make all users of CUSTOM_SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR reference SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR
- Introduce HAS_CUSTOM_SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR to allow for setting the stack
pointer directly, otherwise we use the common calculation.
- On some platforms that were using the standard calculation but did not
set CONFIG_SYS_INIT_RAM_SIZE / CONFIG_SYS_INIT_RAM_ADDR, set them.
- On a small number of platforms that were not subtracting
GENERATED_GBL_DATA_SIZE do so now via the standard calculation.
- CONFIG_SYS_INIT_SP_OFFSET is now widely unused, so remove it from most
board config header files.

No iMX platforms have supported ATAG-based booting. They have however
re-used the CONFIG_SERIAL_TAG option as a way to enable support of
reading the OTP fuses and setting the serial# environment variable in
some cases. Change the warp7 support to use this symbol, use this for
updating the rest of the imx7 code, and update the imx8 conditionals.

SPI flash on this machine is located on bus 1, default to using bus 1
for SPI flash and stop aliasing it to bus 0. Formerly the alias spi1
pointed to &spi5, use an alias spi5 for this instead.
