# Korean Spicy Chicken Bowl

## Ingredients
|
||||
|
||||
- 1 chicken breast
|
||||
- 1 tablespoon honey
|
||||
- 1 tablespoon Gochujang
|
||||
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
|
||||
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
|
||||
- 1 green onion stem (optional)
|
||||
|
||||
## Directions
|
||||
|
||||
1. Cut and slice chicken breast into thin and small pieces.
|
||||
2. Mince green onions.
|
||||
3. Add the rest of ingredients to a bowl and mix.
|
||||
4. Add water to bowl mixture to reduce it, to taste.
|
||||
5. Sautee chicken pieces in hot pan with oil, and season with salt and pepper.
|
||||
6. When chicken is cooked, add the bowl mixture and stir thoroughly, reducing the heat.
|
||||
7. Keep on low heat until it starts to simmer.
|
||||
|
||||
Best served with white rice and steamed veggies such as broccoli or carrots.
|
||||
