## Ingredients

- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced (optional)
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon ground paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
## Directions
1. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the onion, garlic, and jalapeno (if using) and cook until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, and salt and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
4. Add the tomatoes, water, and tomato sauce and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Garnish with cilantro (if using) and serve hot.

- 1 bunch collard greens, stemmed and chopped (or 2 cups frozen collard greens)
- 1 bunch turnip greens, stemmed and chopped (or 2 cups frozen turnip greens)
- 1 bunch mustard greens, stemmed and chopped (or 2 cups frozen mustard greens)
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
## Directions
1. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the beef and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
2. Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the cumin, coriander, turmeric, paprika, and salt and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
4. Add the tomatoes, water, and greens and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
5. Stir in the coconut milk and simmer for an additional 15 minutes.
6. Garnish with cilantro (if using) and serve hot.
