After cooking the crepes, you can fill them with a variety of savory fillings. You can add sweet variety of toppings, such as powdered sugar, whipped cream, or fruit. You can also add salty toppings as ham.

- 🍽 Servings: 6
Ingredients
- 250g flour
- 3 eggs
- 20g butter
- 0.5L milk
- a pinch of salt
- 2 spoons of oil
- 60g sugar
Directions
- Mix the flour, sugar and salt in a bowl.
- Pour the beaten eggs and mix with a spoon to incorporate them into the dough.
- Gradually add, stirring, the milk. Then add the melted butter.
- Beat the dough to mix well and make sure there are no lumps.
- Cover the bowl and let the dough rest for 2 hours.
- Heat skillet over high heat. Add a little butter or oil to the pan. Add a little dough and spread it well throughout the pan.
- When the edges of the crepe come off, turn it over.
