Crêpe

After cooking the crepes, you can fill them with a variety of savory fillings. You can add sweet variety of toppings, such as powdered sugar, whipped cream, or fruit. You can also add salty toppings as ham.

Ingredients

  • 250g flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 20g butter
  • 0.5L milk
  • a pinch of salt
  • 2 spoons of oil
  • 60g sugar

Directions

  1. Mix the flour, sugar and salt in a bowl.
  2. Pour the beaten eggs and mix with a spoon to incorporate them into the dough.
  3. Gradually add, stirring, the milk. Then add the melted butter.
  4. Beat the dough to mix well and make sure there are no lumps.
  5. Cover the bowl and let the dough rest for 2 hours.
  6. Heat skillet over high heat. Add a little butter or oil to the pan. Add a little dough and spread it well throughout the pan.
  7. When the edges of the crepe come off, turn it over.
