* Add demi-glace recipe
This is an incredibly based basic almost instant demi-glace recipe that
is meant to be used in other incredibly based pan sauce recipes.

Basic Meatballs was failing auto check because it only had one tag, added some more
* Removing sausage and adding some details
As an italian i'm highly concerned about the use of sausage, you would do that as a last resort, same thing with linguine it's not the true thing.
However i added the options of Parmigiano and Smoked Pancetta ( i know it's controversial but at least not as much as sausage)
Also did some further changes to the preparation, adding time and adjusted ingredients and serving for 4 persons.

That bowl mix was a nightmare for my eyes, unbelievable that such a heresy can be achieved. I included direction 4 as contemporary to 2 and 3: you'll be more efficient this way, since beating the eggs takes about five minutes. Also I never understood why everybody says it's easy, but I guess it is..
When you start mixing a brigadeiro it is already sticking to the bottom of the pan (It's basically condensed milk and butter).
Only when it STOPS sticking to the pan it is ready.
